• We’ll let you know if we’re doing anything that might be risky or loud.

• Don’t touch our tools or materials — even if they’re just sitting there.

• We’ll clean up after ourselves and keep sharp or dangerous stuff out of reach.

• If we fence or block off an area, it’s for a reason — don’t step through.

• Stay well back from ladders, power tools, and any digging or demo.

• Watch your step — cords, nails, and loose materials can be a trip hazard.

• If you see something that looks dodgy or unsafe, let us know straight away.

• Don’t smoke or use open flames near the site.

• We wear the right gear — steel caps, masks, ear protection — and so should any visitors.

• If you're coming into the site, we’ll let you know what you need to wear.

• We’ll keep you updated if anything changes — hazards, noise levels, deliveries, or work that affects your space.
